Dear Sir,
With due respect, we beg to state that we have been facing a problem in our classrooms. Regularly more than 400 students join classes. So, our combined classes such as Bangla, English and ICT are held in a large room. Most of the classes become overcrowded. As a result, the students sitting at the middle and back benches can’t listen to the lectures carefully. Our studies and academic progress are being hampered since we cannot follow the lectures. If we had a sound system in the classroom, the problem would be solved.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take the necessary steps for providing a sound system in the large classrooms in our college so that we can follow the lectures carefully.
